We are looking for a Change Manager to join a company in the logistics sector. The role is part of an international PMO team with professionals from 27 nationalities, with the Change Management Office based in Denmark. The team focuses on practical, actionable approaches and tools to support project managers in delivering change successfully.
Wymagania
- At least 3-4 years of experience as a Change Manager (mid/senior level)
- Strong command of English (B2/C1)
- Polish language required
- Hands-on experience with change management methodologies and tools
- Ability to work effectively in an international environment
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Obowiązki
- Support strategic projects in the area of change management
- Identify and assess the impact of change on the organization and stakeholders
- Develop and implement change management strategies
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and business stakeholders
- Drive engagement and communication around change initiatives
- Translate complex challenges into clear, actionable steps
