The role is for a Product Designer working on HQ/Store-related SaaS solutions for a client in the e-commerce sector. The current project involves building a centralized document repository (ECM-class system) to integrate distributed data sources, organize digital and digitized documents, and create a consistent environment for document management. The team is at the POC stage, allowing impact on product direction.
Wymagania
- At least 5-7 years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer at senior level
- Ability to independently run the full design process
- Strong skills in discovery and stakeholder collaboration
- Experience designing complex systems (SaaS / enterprise is a plus)
- Solid proficiency in Figma and tools like Miro
- Confidence in making and justifying design decisions
- Polish language required
- English language minimum B2 level
Obowiązki
- Leading the full design process from discovery to delivery
- Identifying business problems and translating them into product solutions
- Designing UX/UI in Figma from low- to high-fidelity, ready for development
- Facilitating workshops and collaborating with stakeholders
- Planning and conducting research including usability testing
- Presenting concepts, insights, and progress
- Working closely with developers
