Senior AI/ML & GenAI Engineer

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software House solutions for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, LLM, and MLOps
• Very good knowledge of Python
• Experience with ML/AI, GenAI, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Knowledge of cloud environments: Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience with frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel
• Knowledge of SDLC processes
• Experience designing and implementing AI solutions for enterprise environments
• Higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Very good command of English (B2)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Azure DevOps
• Experience with FastAPI and Flask
• Experience in MLOps
• Experience in automotive or financial services sectors
• Knowledge of French or German languages

• Designing and developing AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
• Building and optimizing applications based on LLM and intelligent automation systems
• Creating Agentic AI workflows and orchestration pipelines
• Implementing NLP and embedding-based search solutions
• Deploying and maintaining scalable AI systems in cloud environments
• Building and maintaining MLOps pipelines, CI/CD, and model monitoring
• Collaborating with development and operations teams on AI solution integration
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Implementing innovative approaches and modern AI architectures
