ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software Houses for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Very good knowledge of English (B2+).
• Knowledge of Polish and English languages.

• Practical knowledge of the Sinequa platform (architecture, indexing, and configuration).
• Documented experience in optimizing search relevance, ranking algorithms, and tuning performance for complex data sets.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) frameworks supporting modern processes and solutions.
• Ability to closely collaborate with both IT and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
