Senior AI Engineer

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software engineering (design, build, and maintenance of production systems, backend, cloud).
• Experience with LLM, AI agents, RAG.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services, CI/CD, SDLC.
• Experience with API, system integrations, workflow orchestration.
• Experience with monitoring, telemetry, automated testing.
• Experience with enterprise data security.
• Proficiency in backend development, preferably Python; .NET is a plus.
• Design of REST APIs (GraphQL is an advantage) and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of distributed systems (async, cache, concurrency, optimization).
• Production deployments of LLM (e.g., Azure OpenAI), RAG systems, and agents.
• Practical knowledge of vector search, embeddings, and frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel).
• AI quality assurance: evaluation, hallucination mitigation, guardrails implementation.
• Good knowledge of SQL databases (performance, migrations) and vector databases.
• Practical knowledge of Azure services (Functions, Storage, Key Vault, AI), Azure DevOps CI/CD, Docker, and Git.
• Experience with modern authentication (JWT/OAuth/OIDC) and secure secret management.
