Senior Python GenAI Developer

Be in IT is a recruitment company specializing in finding IT specialists. The company has been operating in the IT recruitment industry since 2016 and has been running as a freelancer-owned recruitment firm since 2021. It focuses on comprehensive support for clients in IT technology needs and holds a certificate from the National Employment Agency Register (number 27663).

• Higher education in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Python Developer.
• Very good knowledge of Python and relational databases (including ORM frameworks such as SQLAlchemy).
• Experience in building and developing applications using LLM technologies (e.g., OpenAI, GPT).
• Knowledge of data processing and data science libraries (including Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Spark).
• Ability to test software (pytest) and analyze code quality (flake8, pylint).
• Knowledge of version control systems, design patterns, and their practical application.
• Knowledge of English at B2 or C1 level enabling fluent communication in an international environment.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of other backend technologies (e.g., Java, NodeJS, .NET).
• Knowledge of web frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask).
• Experience working with virtual environments and tools (poetry, pipenv).
• Availability ASAP; acceptable maximum one-month notice period ending at the end of the month.

• Long-term cooperation with an international consulting company serving large and medium-sized companies (e.g., automotive, finance, banking, manufacturing).
• Working in a team creating IT solutions for clients in Poland and abroad, including the financial sector.
• Participation in the full software development cycle: design, implementation, data analysis, requirements definition, deployment, and support.
• Designing and implementing modern, high-performance applications and participating in architecture creation.
• Creating and maintaining project documentation and participating in deployments.
• Collaborating with users and the team to solve ongoing problems.
