Python GenAI Tech Lead

• Completed higher education in computer science or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience as a Developer, including a minimum of 2 years as a Tech Lead.
• At least 6 years of experience programming in Python, including popular frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
• Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL preferred).
• Understanding of performance issues, algorithms, data structures, and concurrent programming.
• Knowledge of design patterns.
• Experience in creating web applications and systems processing large data sets.
• Ability to apply various software testing techniques.
• English language proficiency at B2 or C1 level for communication in an international environment.

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of frontend technologies.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies (chatbots, intelligent agents, LLM, RAG).
• Availability ASAP, with a maximum one-month notice period ending at the end of the month.

• Long-term cooperation with an international top consulting company providing IT services for large and medium-sized companies in sectors such as automotive, finance, banking, and manufacturing.
• Designing and implementing modern solutions and processes.
• Active participation in creating high-performance system architectures.
• Creating project documentation.
• Participating in software deployments and cooperating with users on current issues.
• Presenting solutions and their implementations to clients.
• Creative approach to solution design during the project cycle.
• Supporting junior team members in technical development.
