Senior Oracle OTM Engineer

• Minimum 9 years of experience with the OTM system.
• At least 3 full implementation cycles in medium and large-scale projects across various industry segments.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, XML, XSL, and BI Publisher.
• Strong functional configuration skills in OTM modules: shipment planning and execution, freight settlement, sourcing, fleet management.
• Experience in B2B integration using various standards and methods (EDI, API).
• Excellent client service skills and team management, including conflict resolution.
• Documented experience in both development and support projects.
• Knowledge of solution design and system architecture.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the 3PL industry.

• Knowledge of other Order Management and/or Transport Management systems.

• English language proficiency at B2 or C1 level for communication in an international environment.

• Availability ASAP or with a maximum one-month notice period effective at the end of the month.

• Required knowledge of Oracle DB, SQL, XML, XSLT, BI Publisher, Functional testing, Redis, API design, UI design, System testing, Team management, Creative Suite, DevOps, Service desk.

• Languages: Polish (expert), English (advanced).

• Long-term cooperation with an international top consulting company providing IT services to large and medium enterprises across various sectors.
• Taking over knowledge during the transition phase and supporting planning and improvement of Offshore model activities.
• Managing individual workstreams and delegating tasks within the team.
• Building processes for the steady state phase, supporting clients, and onboarding activities.
• Providing system architecture guidelines to the team responsible for system configuration and maintenance.
• Creating synergy and standardizing OTM solutions implemented for different clients.
