• Minimum 4-5 years of documented experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience delivering solutions based on user stories.
• Communication skills and experience collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.
• Practical experience in conducting functional and technical tests.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools.
• Fluent knowledge of German in speech and writing (mandatory requirement).
• English language proficiency at B2 or C1 level enabling smooth communication in an international environment.

Nice to have:

• Availability ASAP; a maximum one-month notice period ending at the end of the month is acceptable.
• Experience with user stories, functional testing, usability testing, Jira, Confluence, debugging, service desk, and stakeholder communication.

• Implementing user stories for the Digital Request & Complaint (DRC) solution within Salesforce Service Cloud for a client in the automotive industry.
• Close communication and coordination with stakeholders from IT and business departments.
• Specifying and agreeing on interfaces between business requirements and technical teams.
• Preparing, executing, and documenting functional and technical tests.
• Supporting first-line support and resolving technical issues in the production environment.
• Analyzing errors and debugging within Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Refining user stories and managing the backlog using Jira and Confluence tools.

• Fluent knowledge of German in speech and writing is a mandatory requirement.
