Servicenow Architect

Be in IT is a recruitment company specializing in finding IT technology specialists. The role involves long-term cooperation with an international consulting company on a project for a leading infrastructure solutions provider in the High-Tech sector.

• Several years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Practical hands-on knowledge in configuration and design of ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM solutions.
• Experience working with SPM, ATM, and TPM modules.
• High leadership competencies and ability to manage a team or technological stream.
• Consulting skills and proactive approach to solving client problems.
• Willingness to travel for business trips to the Netherlands 2-3 days per month.
• English language proficiency at B2 or C1 level for communication in an international environment.
• Availability ASAP preferred; maximum one-month notice period ending at the end of the month.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.

• Designing and supervising the architecture of hands-on solutions in key modules: ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM.
• Developing and implementing strategies in the areas of SPM, ATM, and TPM.
• Acting as a technical leader responsible for managing the technological process and providing substantive support to the team.
• Actively advising the client on process optimization and best practices in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

• Willingness to travel for business trips to the Netherlands 2-3 days per month.
• Cooperation fully remote except for specified client delegations.
