Senior Salesforce Agentforce Consultant

• Documented practical project experience in Agentforce implementations.
• Several years of experience implementing Salesforce in commercial environments.
• Experience working with Salesforce Agentforce Service.
• Good understanding of Salesforce configuration and Agentforce behavior, including its impact on flows, automations, and service processes.
• Independence and high work culture.
• Experience in the retail sector is a plus.
• English language proficiency at B2 or C1 level for effective communication in an international environment.
• Availability ASAP is preferred; a maximum one-month notice period ending at the end of the month is acceptable.

• Long-term cooperation with an international top consulting company providing IT services for large and medium-sized companies across various sectors, including retail.
• Implementation and configuration of Salesforce solutions, including objects, flows, integrations, and use cases related to Agentforce.
• Close collaboration with architects and Business Analysts to ensure technical feasibility, data model consistency, and smooth specification handover for development.
• Support for testing activities, defect triage, and providing technical input during UAT preparation.
