IT Business Analyst

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Experience in creating documentation and mapping business processes.
• Ability to analyze data and define complex business rules.
• Understanding of API architecture, microservices, and effective collaboration with technical teams.
• Practical knowledge of BPMN, Azure DevOps, Confluence, UML.
• Proficiency in AI tools (Copilot / Cursor).
• Nice to have: experience in tax, financial, or regulatory projects.
• English language proficiency at B2 or C1 level for communication in an international environment.
• Nice to have: availability ASAP; acceptable notice period up to one month ending at month-end.
• Required knowledge of ATS, BPMN, UML, Azure DevOps, Confluence, API design, Microservices, Data analysis.
• Languages: Polish, English.

• Long-term collaboration on an international financial and tax project in a dynamic IT environment.
• Business and system analysis of new functionalities.
• Preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements documentation.
• Modeling business processes using BPMN and UML.
• Collaborating with the development team (.NET, React) on API design and module integration.
• Participating in refinements, workshops, and work planning.
• Using AI tools to automate documentation and analysis.
• Monitoring risks, dependencies, and work progress.
