Senior Data Analyst (Commercial Analytics)

Allegro is a company involved in business initiatives related to Allegro, ReCommerce/circular economy, and the development of the Allegro Business platform. The company operates with a large-scale data environment including over 1000 microservices, an open-source data bus (Hermes) with 300K+ requests per second, a Service Mesh with 1M+ requests per second, tens of petabytes of data, and production use of machine learning.

• Minimum 4 years of experience analyzing large volumes of data and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Ability to independently identify problems, propose effective solutions, and address them to appropriate stakeholders.
• Meticulousness, independence, and inquisitiveness.
• Natural inclination towards automation and process simplification.
• Ability to communicate analysis results and recommendations clearly and intuitively.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience using AI tools in data analysis work.
• Application of statistical methods and forecasting metrics in business contexts.
• Practical knowledge of ETL tools (Airflow) and ability to build basic data processing automations.
• Ability to collaborate with both business stakeholders and technical personnel (data engineers, product managers, programmers).
• Experience visualizing data using tools such as Looker, LookerStudio, and/or Tableau.
• Very good command of English.

• Co-create business strategy and set development directions within Allegro's business initiatives, ReCommerce/circular economy, and Allegro Business platform.
• Analyze large data sets to find patterns and dependencies impacting key company areas.
• Create reliable and stable reporting models for the area under your care.
• Contribute to the development of the semantic data layer across Allegro.
• Co-develop self-service tools for stakeholders.
• Demonstrate user behavior trends and their impact on financial and business KPIs.
• Participate in creating business solutions and provide recommendations shaping Allegro.
