Product Manager - FinTech

We are developing an innovative FinTech product where the dynamic world of e-commerce intersects with accounting domains and advanced credit solutions. The product is used daily by millions of customers and involves a highly complex financial domain.

• Practical experience as a Product Manager or similar role in technology.
• Financial acumen and analytical mind: Experience designing and implementing changes based on data analysis and understanding of revenue drivers.
• Executive presence: Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage stakeholders, including C-level.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including business writing and translating business requirements into technology.
• Passion for technology and modern tools (e.g., Agentic AI) to automate tasks and refine services.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Polish language proficiency at minimum C1 level.

• Full ownership: Develop the product vision, roadmaps, and timelines, managing the delivery of features and enhancements.
• The "Bridge" (Business ↔ IT): Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and reconcile users' needs and translate them into new functionalities.
• Market and user research: Understand client needs and ensure technical feasibility aligns with the roadmap.
• Stakeholder management: Facilitate communication across different teams and stakeholders to align objectives.
• Quality verification: Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with engineers to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
