Senior Cloud Security Engineer

We’re looking for a senior, hands-on cloud security professional who can combine technical depth with advisory skills. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to ensure cloud services are secure, compliant, and ready for production.

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS or GCP plus at least one additional cloud (Azure or similar)
• Solid understanding of risk, controls, and compliance frameworks
• Proven ability to work with engineering teams and influence technical decisions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex topics clearly to different audiences
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with high ownership and integrity

Nice to have:

• Experience performing cybersecurity assessments or security reviews
• Exposure to Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub)
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and familiarity with data formats (JSON, XML, CSV)
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CRISC or cloud security certifications)

• Conduct technical Cloud Security Assessments for services tracked via ServiceNow
• Act as a trusted advisor to teams, guiding secure cloud deployments into production
• Ensure proper implementation of cloud security controls across environments
• Drive continuous improvement and automation within assessment processes
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Monitor industry trends and promote best practices in cloud security
• Deliver against defined performance and quality targets

Work location: Kraków, hybrid with 6 days per month from the office
