SharePoint Administrator

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint (on-premises and SharePoint Online) and Microsoft 365 environment
• Experience administering SharePoint farms and working with IIS
• Knowledge of optimization, tuning, and performance planning of SharePoint farms
• Experience building and maintaining hybrid SharePoint solutions
• Ability to analyze and solve problems in large, complex, distributed systems
• Familiarity with tools and technologies: ShareGate Migration Tool, App Catalog (.sppkg), GetOrganized ECM (Netcompany)
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms (OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0), SSL certificate management, and identity integration (Service Provider/Identity Provider)
• Experience working with ticketing systems and ITIL processes
• Knowledge of Active Directory (tiering model) and experience in high-security environments
• Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, Advanced Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint 2013
• Higher education degree
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level (certified)

• Managing and maintaining SharePoint farms, including distributed environments
• Administering SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365
• Supporting and developing solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem (OneDrive, Teams, Azure AD, Exchange)
• Collaborating within ITIL processes (changes, configurations, releases)
• Supporting migrations and deployments (including ShareGate, App Catalog, .sppkg packages)
• Working in environments with elevated security requirements
• Working in a hybrid model with 30% office presence in Warsaw
• Possibility of on-call duties
