• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Backend Developer
• Strong knowledge of system design in microservice architecture
• Practical experience with event-driven architecture
• Proficient with REST API and asynchronous communication (events, messaging)
• Experience with Git, Maven, and Jenkins
• Ability to configure and develop CI/CD pipelines
• Experience as a technical team leader
• Commitment to high code quality and enforcing code review and testing standards
• Enjoy mentoring and developing less experienced developers
• Higher education in computer science or related field
• Active use of AI tools in SDLC (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, Sonar AI)
• Experience in banking or financial sector is a strong plus
• Preference for candidates seeking long-term project relationships

• Designing and developing new features and maintaining existing systems
• Participating in the entire project lifecycle from requirements analysis to testing and deployment
• Collaborating with Agile teams including developers, testers, QA, and analysts
• Designing solutions in microservice architecture
• Creating and developing synchronous (REST) and asynchronous (events, messaging) communication
• Configuring and developing CI/CD pipelines
• Setting and enforcing code quality, testing, and code review standards
• Acting as a technical team leader
• Mentoring and supporting the development of less experienced engineers
• Using AI tools in the SDLC process and team work optimization
