Software Engineer (Kotlin)

• 3+ years of professional software development experience with production systems.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and modern backend development ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of agile, lean, and DevOps principles and their practical application.
• Strong interpersonal skills with empathy for engineers, customers, and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluent English, enabling clarity and alignment across teams.
• Passion for technology, elegant code, and innovative problem-solving.

• Own the architecture, scalability, and performance of e-commerce applications as a senior technical expert.
• Design and develop clean, maintainable, and high-performance systems following best practices.
• Contribute directly to the codebase and actively participate in technical discussions, proposing robust solutions.
• Work closely with Product, Design, UX, and Program Management to deliver roadmap objectives.
• Help identify dependencies and remove technical blockers across engineering and partner teams.
• Promote engineering efficiency through automation, reuse, and modern design patterns.
• Support defining and analysing technical KPIs that contribute to continuous improvement.
• Champion code quality through code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.
