Wymagania
- 3+ years in enterprise SaaS product design involving complex data volumes and workflows.
- Proficiency with current design tools, especially Figma, and systems thinking.
- Proven track record of shipping intuitive experiences, demonstrated in a portfolio.
- Ability to thrive in mature Agile teams and give/receive constructive feedback.
Preference:
- Familiarity with developer tools, log management, or incident tracking.
- Experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
Obowiązki
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to drive the strategic execution of structured services.
- Communicate design decisions across the organization and ensure quality assurance before shipment.
- Mentor other designers and contribute to evolving design patterns.
