Wymagania
- Practical technical experience in Front-end and/or Back-end areas
- Strong knowledge of Front-end technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Next.js, Vue.js
- Strong knowledge of Back-end technologies: Python (Django, Flask), Node.js, PHP, Java (Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot)
- Ability to conduct technical interviews and participate in live coding sessions
- Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
- Analytical skills and ability to assess code quality and architecture
Obowiązki
- Conduct technical interviews with candidates for Front-end and Back-end positions
- Participate in evaluating coding tasks and live coding sessions
- Provide technical advice to the recruitment team
- Co-create and develop standards for technical candidate assessment
- Adapt verification methods to project specifics and client requirements
- Support in designing recruitment tasks
