M/F Technical Recruiter (Front-end / Node.js)

The company is supported by a software house, providing access to expert technical knowledge for assessing both soft and technical skills of candidates.

• Practical technical experience in Front-end and/or Back-end areas
• Strong knowledge of Front-end technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Next.js, Vue.js
• Strong knowledge of Back-end technologies: Python (Django, Flask), Node.js, PHP, Java (Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot)
• Ability to conduct technical interviews and participate in live coding sessions
• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
• Analytical skills and ability to assess code quality and architecture

• Conduct technical interviews with candidates for Front-end and Back-end positions
• Participate in evaluating coding tasks and live coding sessions
• Provide technical advice to the recruitment team
• Co-create and develop standards for technical candidate assessment
• Adapt verification methods to project specifics and client requirements
• Support in designing recruitment tasks
