IT Project Manager Officer (PMO)

YAREAL is a real estate company based in Warsaw.

• Strong experience in project management, ideally in IT / digital or business systems environments.
• Solid knowledge of Webcon BPS or procurement / workflow systems.
• Good knowledge of CRM systems, with experience on Pivotal CRM as a strong advantage.
• Experience working in a real estate, construction or project driven environment is a plus.
• Strong technical background enabling you to assess feasibility and challenge proposed solutions.
• Comfortable working at the interface between business users and IT providers.
• Structured, organised and pragmatic, with a strong operational mindset.
• Fluent Polish & English (mandatory); French is a strong plus.

Nice to have:

• Experience in real estate, construction or project driven environment.
• French language skills.

• Manage, support and continuously optimise core business systems, mainly Pivotal CRM and Webcon BPS.
• Support Sales, Customer Service and Finance teams in the effective use and development of their business tools.
• Analyse business needs, prepare functional specifications and assess technical feasibility.
• Coordinate IT developments and system changes with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee issue resolution, testing, user acceptance and production roll outs.
• Contribute to IT budget follow up and validate invoices.
• Maintain system documentation, procedures and user guides.
• Stay up to date with technology, automation and AI developments, identifying relevant improvement opportunities aligned with existing tools.
