Programista Kernel (K/M)

ENIGMA Systemy Ochrony Informacji Sp. z o.o. is a product company developing and integrating IT security solutions including information protection, authentication and authorization, electronic signatures, cryptography, biometrics, identity management, and encryption devices. The Embedded Systems Division designs and develops cryptographic devices used by government services, administration, and entities processing classified information. Teams consist of 5-8 members working with Agile methodology and modern embedded technologies including low-power microcontrollers, advanced CPUs/APUs running Linux/Unix, programmable FPGA and FPGA-SoC.

• Higher education in electronics or related field
• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of C programming language
• Knowledge of Unix and/or Linux operating system architecture
• Knowledge of networking issues in system software
• English language proficiency sufficient to read technical documentation

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Shell)
• Knowledge related to cryptography and/or cybersecurity

• Modify and develop operating system kernel software, create drivers, and develop system software running in user space (userland)
• Participate in developing concepts and architecture of designed software solutions
• Participate in testing functionalities of developed solutions
• Contribute to creating project documentation
