Consulting Manager | Financial Crime and Managed Services Technology

PwC Poland’s FCU Technology team consists of about 100 IT specialists delivering innovative technology solutions, data analytics, and consulting services to global clients in the area of Anti Financial Crime, including Anti Money Laundering, Combating Terrorism Financing, Fraud Risk Management, FATCA, and financial sanctions implementation. PwC Poland employs over 7000 people, including nearly 2000 in technology teams, with offices in 7 cities and multiple specialized units.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business and technology advisory/consulting in a market-leading company including process management practices
• Minimum 3 years of experience in client relationship building and maintenance, and sales or sales support of technology solutions advisory services with proven success
• Experience designing and implementing effective technology solutions for large international organizations
• Ability to operate effectively in international, complex, and dynamic environments with conflicting stakeholder interests
• Ability to analyze complex business issues, shape solution strategies, and drive decisions
• Ability to prioritize own and team tasks dynamically towards successful results
• Practical knowledge of business analysis methods and tools for technology-enabled business process and organizational improvements
• Knowledge of project management frameworks, tools, and practices (agile, hybrid, waterfall)
• Proactive and concise communication skills, experience leading meetings and presentations to senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Ability and eagerness to develop team members and share knowledge
• International profile with willingness to travel and involvement in international projects
• Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI-powered tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation)

Nice to have:

• Experience in AML/CFT/Anti-Financial Crime area, Managed Services or similar
• At least 3 years of experience working with clients from the Financial Services industry

• Identify and assess the needs and requirements of internal and external clients
• Develop commercial proposals and lead the end-to-end sales process
• Recognize business opportunities and propose tailored solutions leveraging existing and new technology solutions and external tools
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal PwC stakeholders based on experience in technology solution implementation, preferably in AML/CFT/Anti-Financial Crime or Managed Services
• Support marketing initiatives and contribute to promotional materials development
• Contribute to the development and refinement of technology product and market strategies
• Deliver professional presentations and live demonstrations of technology solutions
• Execute key processes across the consulting project lifecycle including risk management, contract negotiation support, contract drafting, budget creation, and services billing
• Lead delivery of technology projects from solution definition through implementation, stabilization, and ongoing support, including cross-functional collaboration and client engagement
• Potentially take on additional organizational responsibilities such as offering ownership or area coordination
