DevSecOps Engineer

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software/system engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience building CI/CD platforms or in a DevSecOps role.
• Expert knowledge of Jenkins and creating shared libraries in Groovy.
• Advanced automation skills in Python.
• Knowledge of dependency management systems: Maven, NPM, Python packaging.
• Practical experience with Helm, Terraform, and container image management.
• Knowledge of supply chain security topics (SBOM, SLSA) and SAST tools.
• Documented experience in optimizing CI/CD process performance.
• Awareness of compliance standards in IT environments.
• Willingness to cooperate in a hybrid model 6 days per month at Kraków office.
• English language proficiency at B2 or C1 level for communication in an international environment.

Nice to have:

• Availability ASAP.
• Maximum one-month notice period effective at the end of the month.
• Knowledge of NPM and Composer.

• Collaborate with an international consulting company on a banking project.
• Design and develop secure CI/CD platforms and automate processes at enterprise scale.
• Expand and maintain shared Jenkins libraries (Groovy shared libraries).
• Create automation scripts in Python.
• Package and distribute artifacts (Maven, NPM, Python) and manage container image metadata.
• Implement supply chain security standards.
• Integrate and configure tools: SonarQube, Sonatype IQ, SAST solutions, and container scanners.
• Optimize pipelines: caching, parallel processing, dependency pruning.
• Ensure compliance and security of infrastructure (Helm, Terraform) and compliance requirements.

• Cooperation in a hybrid model with 6 days per month in the Kraków office is required.
• English language proficiency at B2 or C1 level is required for communication in an international environment.
