Senior Workspace Migration Specialist

• Experience in data migration projects, preferably from M365 to Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of Exchange, SharePoint, and Google Workspace environments.
• Experience with migration tools.
• Understanding of data structures and data mapping.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• English language proficiency at B2 or C1 level for communication in an international environment.
• Availability ASAP is preferred; a maximum one-month notice period ending at the end of the month is acceptable.

• Planning and executing data migration activities to the Google Workspace environment.
• Migrating data including emails, calendars, contacts, files, Shared Drives, and collaboration data (e.g., SharePoint, Teams history).
• Handling migration of both active and archived data.
• Performing migrations using the Base & Delta approach.
• Coordinating parallel migration streams.
• Providing post go-live support.
• Ensuring consistency and quality of migrated data.
