• Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Power Platform).
• Knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Experience in digital transformation or migration projects.
• Basic experience with AppSheet, AppScript, or similar low-code tools.
• Ability to analyze business processes.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and conducting workshops.
• English language proficiency at B2 or C1 level for communication in an international environment.
• Availability ASAP is preferred; a maximum one-month notice period ending at the end of the month is acceptable.

• Analysis of existing digital workplace solutions based on Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Power Platform).
• Designing target solutions in the Google Workspace environment.
• Implementing transformation activities within a defined scope (including Transformation Labs for selected resources).
• Supporting optimization of Microsoft licenses and managing license exceptions.
• Creating applications using AppSheet and AppScript.
• Transforming and redesigning business processes and workflows.
• Migration and adaptation of tools (including OneNote, macros).
• Conducting workshops and providing technical consultancy.
• Optimizing tool usage and licensing.
