Engineering Manager

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a development team.
• Minimum 8 years of programming experience, preferably backend with PHP.
• Very good knowledge of software development processes and code quality standards.
• Ability to work with people, develop teams, and build effective cooperation.
• Pragmatic approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

• Conducting 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and actively supporting team members' development.
• Participating in recruitment processes, including assessing technical competencies of candidates and supporting team building.
• Maintaining software development standards, code quality, and continuous improvement of development processes.
