Agentic AI Solution Architect

The company holds a certificate from the National Employment Agency Register (number 27663).

• Experience designing AI/LLM production solutions.
• Knowledge of integration with enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Guidewire).
• Ability to create repeatable architectural patterns and documentation.
• Experience collaborating with TPM and development teams.
• At least 10 years of general IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years designing or engineering AI-based systems including LLM applications, RAG, vector databases, agentic workflows, and AI stacks based on Python.
• Ability to design flexible and modular architectures instead of monolithic products.
• Experience reviewing and validating multi-component solutions.
• Strong problem-solving orientation and ability to propose pragmatic solutions quickly.
• Comfort working across time zones, including collaboration with architects and partners in the USA, with occasional meetings after 17:00 PL time.
• Curiosity, collaboration skills, and willingness to share knowledge within a community of practice.
• Ability to support multiple teams simultaneously while maintaining high and consistent quality.
• High technical credibility and ability to constructively challenge solutions and lead development teams.
• English language proficiency at B2 or C1 level for effective communication in an international environment.
• Availability ASAP or from the beginning of May (mandatory).

• Designing end-to-end GenAI / LLM architectures for over 100 use cases.
• Translating business requirements into feasible technical solutions.
• Creating scalable architectural patterns and reusable components (e.g., agents for SAP, Oracle, Guidewire).
• Collaborating with TPM and engineering teams; supporting implementation and risk identification.
• Planning multi-stage deployments; participating in POC to MVP phases.
• Participating in architectural committee/guild; shaping standards.
