Product Owner/Business Analyst

Alsendo Group is a technology group operating in the e-commerce logistics industry with products in Poland (Apaczka), Czech Republic (Zaslat), Romania (Innoship, Ecolet), Lithuania (Siusks24), and Italy (Spedire). They connect online sellers with courier networks and serve thousands of e-commerce businesses across the CEE region. The team works on a shipping platform, e-commerce plugins, and tools for managing deliveries and returns, operating in an agile methodology with collaboration with external technology partners as an integral part of their work model.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or hybrid of both
• Experience working with development teams in Agile/Scrum model
• Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Experience cooperating with external software houses
• Active daily use of AI tools in professional work with a documented personal workflow (Claude, Copilot, MCP or similar); using ChatGPT for single prompts is insufficient
• Practical knowledge of language model operations: RAG, context window, output validation, prompt and agent design
• Ability to independently build interactive conceptual prototypes
• Practical skills in writing SQL queries and simple scripts (with AI assistance)
• Polish language: native; English: communicative (minimum B2)

Nice to have:

• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS industries
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento
• Experience working with APIs (documentation analysis, endpoint testing)

• Collecting and defining business requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira
• Close collaboration with the development team to deliver the product on schedule and within budget
• Managing and prioritizing the backlog; making decisions on scope and order of implementation
• Participating in roadmap planning with business and technical stakeholders
• Understanding how the product generates revenue and defining and analyzing product metrics as a basis for development recommendations
• Independently building interactive conceptual prototypes using no-code/low-code tools (including Claude Artifacts) and writing SQL queries and Python scripts with AI assistance for product data analysis
• Designing and validating workflows based on AI tools for repetitive analytical and documentation tasks
• Verifying compliance of delivered functionalities with requirements; participating in acceptance testing; readiness to test functionalities independently when no dedicated QA is available
• Independently conducting discussions with senior stakeholders, including management and enterprise clients
