Senior Full Stack Developer

Exhibeon is an advanced application for viewing radiological images, enabling faster and more effective medical decisions based on DICOM-format images like X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs. It includes advanced image analysis, 3D reconstructions, AI-powered pathology detection, and precise organ segmentation. The application is client-server based, available as standalone and web-based versions for flexible access.

The development team works as full-stack developers managing every stage of application creation, using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate cycles and improve code quality. They focus on optimizing algorithms, memory, CPU, and GPU usage, and implement multi-threaded and asynchronous processing. The team fosters a collaborative environment with brainstorming sessions and is supported by a testing team ensuring product quality and stability.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, or similar)
• Strong experience with TypeScript
• Practical experience with React or Vue
• Experience with Tailwind CSS for building responsive UI
• Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL including query optimization and handling large data volumes
• Experience with Docker and Git workflows
• Security awareness in the context of medical applications
• Product-minded engineering approach understanding what and why to build

Nice to have:

• Experience with medical/healthcare projects
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with performance optimization including memory management and multi-threaded/asynchronous processing
• Experience in Java or Go

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development cycles, improve code quality, and rapidly prototype innovative solutions
• Develop and maintain comprehensive medical imaging applications using TypeScript, Golang, and Java, focusing on DICOM standards and radiology workflows
• Expand and enhance existing application modules, including image analysis tools, 3D reconstruction features, and AI-powered diagnostic capabilities across web-based and standalone platforms
• Optimize application performance through efficient memory management, CPU/GPU utilization, and multi-threaded and asynchronous processing techniques
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable code through comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end), peer code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and team development through mentoring, documentation, and active participation in technical discussions
