Welcome to the Talent Acquisition team. We are a key operational function in Bank's People organisation, supporting the whole of Bank in fulfilling recruitment needs. As experts in recruitment, we add value by partnering with hiring leaders to find the right people for their vacancies. • Hybrid work readiness to work 3 days per week in the office.
• Location: Gdańsk, alternatively Warszawa or Łódź.
• Take ownership of tasks and deliver high service level under high volume.
• Engage and collaborate with candidates, Hiring People Leaders, and People Business Partners/Heads of People.
• Provide great project management to enable confidence in execution of hiring plans.
• Adaptable to changes in processes or circumstances across various markets.
• Experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment for difficult to fill technical positions.
• Experience coordinating with many stakeholders while maintaining overview.
• Solid project and stakeholder management skills with detail orientation.
• Relevant educational degree.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Talent Intelligence tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights.

• End to end handling of recruitments across core markets including Nordics, Poland and Estonia, including start-up meetings with Hiring People Leaders, job ad creation support, candidate sourcing, interviewing, assessing, ordering contracts, and advising Hiring People Leaders on recruitment matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Group People to ensure a strong value chain.
• Ensure traction and compliance on all process stages to finalize recruitments within agreed SLAs.
• Promote diversity awareness and embrace teamwork to generate overall success.
