Scrum Master - Energy & Utilities

Incubly partners with a leading company in critical infrastructure management to transform underground utilities protection and maintenance. The company uses an innovative software platform to help organizations prevent damage and improve safety during excavation projects, aiming to create smarter, safer, and more efficient communities.

• Over 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a management/leadership role
• Good knowledge of software development processes and procedures
• Good knowledge of backlog and task management tools
• Good understanding of quality and quantity metrics for identifying process bottlenecks
• Experience in building a continuous improvement culture based on KPIs and empirical approach
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience with distributed, international, and multi-timezone team setups
• Good knowledge of the Azure DevOps tool

• Continuously improve team processes, remove impediments, make dependencies transparent, and optimize workflows to maximize team efficiency and performance
• Ensure the effectiveness of all scrum events
• Work closely with the Product Owner, Engineering Manager, Development Team, and other stakeholders to focus on important tasks and deliver business value
• Coach the team in agile and Scrum best practices
• Implement and monitor key metrics to drive improvement and eliminate bottlenecks
• Adapt tools used by teams to support defined processes and collaboration
• Influence ways of working at both team and domain levels
