MID AI Data Steward - banking

RITS Software House, part of RITS Group, is seeking a technically and business-oriented person responsible for data quality and readiness in AI products for the banking sector.

• Technical-business profile with experience in ensuring data quality and readiness for AI products.
• Practical knowledge of RAD architecture and LLM ecosystem.
• Ability to work with Python and SQL at a data engineering level.
• Knowledge of data quality control and metadata management tools.
• Minimum 5 years experience with structured data projects (data warehouses, data marts, reporting).
• Minimum 2 years experience with unstructured data projects.
• Experience managing vector databases, embedding strategies, and building evaluation datasets is a strong plus.
• Ability to communicate with business and technical teams and clearly document standards and registers.

• Analyze Data Readiness by assessing availability, quality, and completeness of data before AI project launches.
• Define acceptance criteria for datasets for specific use cases (e.g., classification, RAG, forecasting).
• Identify data gaps and propose ways to fill them.
• Design and implement data standards, such as Data Readiness Card for AI products.
• Define and enforce data quality rules focused on AI applications.
• Validate model results for business anomalies caused by data.
• Maintain data registers, issues, and their impact on AI systems; manage data catalog.
• Manage business vector databases and embedding strategies.
• Build and maintain evaluation datasets (ground truth).
• Track data lifecycle by monitoring drifts and distribution changes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, analysts, business owners, and IT/data/AI teams on requirements, integrations, and automations.
