Project/Program Manager

The client is a global leader in information services, founded in the Netherlands over 180 years ago, supporting health, finance, tax, legal, and compliance sectors in 150+ countries.

• 8 to 12+ years in IT Project / Program Management
• Willingness to travel twice a month within European offices
• Experience in infrastructure, datacenter, or MSP transition programs
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes
• Experience in multi-country or global delivery (EU/APAC preferred)
• Strong governance, risk, and vendor management skills
• Experience working with infrastructure service providers or integrators

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of CMDB, IAM, PAM, disaster recovery, and monitoring
• Understanding of cloud or hybrid infrastructure
• Basic automation skills (Ansible, Terraform)
• Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM tools

• End-to-end management of datacenter transition program (EU & APAC)
• Program governance including SteerCo, RAID, reporting, and escalation management
• Coordination of site readiness and infrastructure transition
• Service provider onboarding and knowledge transfer
• Validation of operational readiness including ITIL processes, disaster recovery, monitoring, access, and CMDB
• Risk, compliance, and audit management including GDPR
• Stakeholder management across IT, business, and vendors
• Cutover, hypercare, and steady-state handover management
