Unified Communication Engineer

Currently, for one of our Partners, we are looking for an experienced MS Database Administrator to support a long‑term project delivered for a European Union organization based in Warsaw.

• At least 2 years (full-time) experience in a similar position
• Excellent practical knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server technology
• Experience in the administration of complex Exchange topologies deployed in distributed environments
• Practical experience with administering Microsoft Skype for Business Server
• Expert in optimizing, tuning, and planning the capacity of Exchange Server
• Experience in optimizing, tuning, and planning the capacity of Skype for Business Server
• Experience in Exchange patch management
• Experience in Skype for Business patch management
• Expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
• Very good communication skills (in written and verbal communication)
• Very strong sense of responsibility
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Very good organizational skills
• Supportive and helpful personality with a cooperative and service-oriented attitude
• Holding at least one of the following Microsoft certificates:
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert with M365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert without M365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
  • M365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
  • MCSE: Productivity Solutions Expert with passed exam "Exam 70-345: Designing and Deploying Microsoft Exchange Server 2016"
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Exchange Online Support Engineer Specialty
• Experience in the administration of Exchange Hybrid
• Experience in the administration of MS Teams.

• Administration of Exchange Servers
• Administration of Skype for Business Servers
• Administration of Exchange Online service
• Administration of e-mail archiving solution
• Acting as 2nd line of support, processing related in different environments (production, testing, development)
• Troubleshooting reported incidents and problems and updating status of open requests in the ticketing system in a timely manner
• Liaising with other administrators and harmonizing solutions and processes
• Architecting long term changes to the Exchange platform
• Contribution to specifications for solutions based on or integrated with Exchange
• Liaising with developer teams in aligning topologies and configuration of Exchange platforms according to the need of the project
• Architecting long term changes to the Skype for Business platform
• Contribution to specifications for solutions based on or integrated with Skype for Business
• Liaising with developer teams in aligning topologies and configuration of Skype for Business platform according to the need of the project
• Maintenance of system documentation
• Participate in the development of documentation for new solutions
• Reporting on activities
• Other specific duties aligned to profile as assigned by Frontex ICT Line Manager
