• Bachelor's degree relevant to the field
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Learning & Development or Adult Education, preferably in an international corporate environment
• Self-motivated attitude with a strong eagerness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work within a diverse company culture
• Customer-focused mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Poland's Adult Education and Higher Education legislation
• Experience in training delivery, including preparing and conducting educational sessions for diverse audiences
• Basic project management skills for planning, organizing and tracking educational initiatives

• Coordinate the onboarding process for students and serve as their main point of contact throughout their education
• Contribute to regular reporting, administrative tasks and ongoing operational processes
• Collaborate closely with Regional Program Coordination Teams to stay informed about students enrolled in Campus courses
• Work with Talent Acquisition, Marketing and Human Resources teams to ensure smooth communication flow and efficient execution of corporate processes
• Represent Campus at internal and external events, including Department Meetings, Job Fairs and University events
• Coordinate internship-related administrative tasks and ensure their timely completion
