Communications & PR Specialist

We are looking for a Communications & PR Specialist with extensive experience in the B2B SaaS sector to lead strategic narrative and market positioning, working directly with leadership and product leaders.

• Bachelor’s degree in PR, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent
• 4+ years of relevant experience in PR and communications
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS product communications
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills (C1 level or higher)
• Excellent writing and storytelling abilities
• Proficiency in using AI tools to streamline content production, brainstorm creative angles and analyze media pull-through
• Proactive approach to seeking out story opportunities, pitching them and building strong media relationships
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external media partners

• Collaborate with leadership to align PR activities with the brand vision
• Develop a thought-leadership strategy, including speaking opportunities, bylines and industry commentary
• Interact with internal teams to ensure consistency of communication messages across the organization
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, business, tech and marketing media
• Lead the monthly newsletter and communication materials to highlight success stories, key awards and strategic organizational wins
• Research and pitch relevant speaking engagements, interviews and university appearance opportunities
• Highlight value through strategic storytelling, turning product features into trending media success
• Prepare high-quality press materials that reflect the brand’s voice and professional standards
• Provide leadership with valuable insights derived from professional media monitoring
