Senior Full-stack AI Developer (JavaScript with React)

• 3+ years of experience as a Front End Developer with a focus on ReactJS, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS and Shadcdn
• Strong understanding of modern web development practices and responsive design principles
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Good work ethic and strong sense of ownership of the end result
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, B2 level of English

• Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive and efficient front-end code using ReactJS, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS and Shadcdn
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers and backend developers, to deliver seamless and visually appealing user interfaces
• Translate design wireframes and prototypes into responsive and interactive web applications
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide feedback on design and implementation
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes and user experiences
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner

The position requires on-site (5 days office) work in Gdansk or Krakow.
