Senior Test Data Specialist (Data Masking)

• 5+ years of experience in data discovery, identifying sensitive data, and implementing masking solutions
• Experience with Delphix or similar enterprise data masking tools
• Strong SQL skills and knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• English level B2/C1

Nice to have:

• Experience with Snowflake
• Knowledge of SDLC processes
• Experience with automation, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes

• Conducting data discovery and classification of sensitive information in line with GDPR requirements
• Designing and implementing data masking solutions using static, dynamic, and on-the-fly masking techniques
• Mapping data elements to appropriate masking algorithms to ensure security while maintaining data usability
• Validating, testing, and optimizing masking rules for different datasets and application needs
• Creating and maintaining documentation related to masking processes and rules
• Collaborating with QA, Development, and DevOps teams to support testing environments and data delivery
