Active Directory Engineer

The position is for an Active Directory & Entra ID Engineer to join an international IT infrastructure environment supporting secure enterprise identity services.

• At least 5 years of experience in IT
• At least 4 years as an Active Directory Engineer
• Experience working with ITIL processes
• Fluency in English (at least B2 level, confirmed by a certificate)
• Valid EU Confidential security clearance

Strong expertise in:

• Active Directory Domain Services
• Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
• Group Policy
• AD Domains & Trusts
• DNS integrated with AD
• PowerShell scripting
• Kerberos / NTLM authentication
• AD backup & recovery
• AD security hardening

Nice to have:

• Hybrid identity environments (AD DS + Entra ID)
• Identity synchronization patterns
• Monitoring of AD/Entra environments
• Disaster Recovery exercises
• SID filtering and trust hardening
• AD schema governance experience

• Administration and management of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, GPOs, domains, trusts, and AD Sites & Services
• Troubleshooting AD and Entra ID related incidents
• Designing and implementing authentication and authorization solutions
• User access management
• Implementing changes according to ITIL processes
• Incident and operational support
• Maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures
• Supporting AD security and hardening initiatives
• On-call shifts from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. (extra-paid)

• Valid EU Confidential security clearance required
• Mainly remote work with availability to come into the office during incidents while on call
