Senior UX Designer (maternity cover)

You will join the team shaping the strategic delivery experience for millions of Allegro customers. In this role, you will design and implement innovative logistical solutions that redefine e-commerce standards. Your work will sit at the intersection of advanced technology and business objectives, requiring close collaboration with stakeholders across the entire product lifecycle to collectively build an unrivaled Customer Experience.

• A portfolio featuring examples of your design work and problem-solving skills
• Have a broad approach to user experience, including product, communication and customer service
• At least 5 years of experience in designing mobile applications (iOS/Android) and responsive web
• Experience in Product Designer role or similar
• Ability to experiment, propose hypotheses and verify them
• Ability to make a compelling case for product-related decisions
• Curiosity about the user, problem or solution
• Proficient in Figma and other prototyping tools, able to visualize initial ideas quickly on paper
• Strong verbal and visual presentation skills to communicate process, approach and impact of design
• Know Polish at a native level and English at B2 level

• Be involved in identifying the needs and solving the problems of Allegro users in Poland and in international markets
• Work with the best data analysts, researchers, product managers and other designers
• Develop solutions to be used by millions of people
• Be responsible for the entire design process
• Collaborate with other designers, product managers, analysts and engineers to validate and deliver experiences rapidly and iteratively
• Work across the entire design process from ideation to implementation
