Wymagania
- Experience in Transition Management, PMO, Project Management, or Service Delivery environments
- Proven experience coordinating transitions, migrations, or cross-functional projects
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in international SSC, GBS, BPO, or shared services environments
- Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good analytical and reporting capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Obowiązki
Transition Governance & Coordination:
- Coordinate transition activities in line with the organizational transition methodology
- Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and transition documentation
- Coordinate knowledge transfer activities and ensure proper tracking of deliverables
- Monitor risks, issues, and escalation points throughout transition phases
- Ensure smooth cooperation between local and global stakeholders
Stakeholder & Project Management:
- Organize and lead governance meetings and follow-up actions
- Coordinate communication between business, operations, and supporting functions
- Support stabilization activities after transition go-live
- Prepare status updates, reports, and executive summaries for leadership teams
PMO & Reporting:
- Support project governance standards across transition initiatives
- Track KPIs, project actions, and transition progress
- Maintain reporting accuracy and ensure timely updates for stakeholders
- Support preparation of presentations and management materials
Operational Support & Engagement:
- Coordinate workshops, visits, and transition-related meetings
- Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure alignment between transition activities and business priorities
