IT Support Specialist (K/M)

• Experience with Jira
• Knowledge of MikroTik and Ubiquiti network devices
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365
• Proficiency in macOS/iOS
• Understanding of LAN/WAN/VLAN networking
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux operating systems

Nice to have:

• Experience with Wazuh
• Knowledge of Proxmox VE
• Familiarity with SIEM systems

• Provide IT support and maintenance for company infrastructure
• Manage and configure network devices including MikroTik and Ubiquiti
• Administer Windows Server and Linux systems
• Support Microsoft 365 environment
• Handle LAN/WAN/VLAN network configurations
• Use Jira for issue tracking and project management
