Państwowy Fundusz Rehabilitacji Osób Niepełnosprawnych (PFRON) offers a position in Warsaw at the Urząd Pracy Miasta Stołecznego Warszawy.

Mandatory requirements:

• Higher education (at least bachelor's degree).
• 6 years of experience in IT.
• Experience in maintaining IT systems/infrastructure or second-line support for IT systems/infrastructure.
• English language proficiency at B2 level (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and databases (e.g., MS SQL).
• Knowledge of SQL (e.g., T-SQL).
• Ability to resolve problems and incidents related to IT systems, including direct user support and incident reporting.
• Knowledge and skills in IT system maintenance management and contract management for maintenance or technical assistance services.
• Knowledge of software update and maintenance processes.
• Knowledge of incident management in IT systems.
• Knowledge of backup and recovery processes, especially for database management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively.

Preferred requirements:

• Master's degree.
• Experience administering document circulation applications (preferably EZD PUW or EZD RP).
• Knowledge of issue tracker/helpdesk systems.
• Knowledge of application server or database server administration.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity topics.
• Knowledge of personal data processing and protection in IT systems, including classified information protection.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms in domain and IT systems.

• Administer the Elektroniczny Obieg Dokumentów (EZD PUW and EZD RP) system including version updates, application server and database administration, application configuration, and user account management.
• Administer the trusted profile and eDelivery services of the institution.
• Ensure uninterrupted and correct operation of applications on Microsoft Windows Server platform.
• Supervise external companies providing technical assistance and maintenance services (ATiK) for IT systems, including incident handling and service report acceptance.
• Provide second-line support for software and IT system-related issues, escalating incidents to ATiK service providers as needed.
• Participate in incident impact analysis and problem management processes at the BIT level.
• Participate in project teams to review proposed solutions from the perspective of future IT system maintenance and recommend technical changes.
• Support project managers and analysts in planning development work related to IT system operation.
