Senior KYC NFT Preformance Tester

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Performance Testing.
• Strong expertise in LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE).
• Hands-on experience in TrueClient scripting.
• Strong experience in HTTP/HTML scripting.
• Good knowledge of API and Microservices architecture.
• Experience in performance testing of PEGA applications.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Sysdig, AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk).
• Experience with CI/CD integration for performance testing.
• SQL knowledge for backend validation.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE).
• Create and enhance TrueClient and HTTP/HTML scripts for web-based applications.
• Conduct performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
• Analyze application performance bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations.
• Work on API and Microservices performance testing, including service virtualization where required.
• Monitor system performance using tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Sysdig.
• Prepare test plans, workload models, test scenarios, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, Infra, and Business teams for issue resolution.
• Handle performance testing for applications built on PEGA platform.

Possible locations: Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warsaw – 2 days work from office.
