Power Platform Consultant

People Can Fly is one of the leading independent AAA game development studios. Founded in 2002, they have developed titles such as Painkiller, Bulletstorm, Gears of War: Judgment, and Outriders. The studio specializes in Unreal Engine and is working on projects including Gears of War: E-Day, Project Echo, and Lost Rift. The company has over 20 years of experience and operates internationally with offices in Poland, the UK, Ireland, the US, and Canada.

Business skills:

• Experience working with business stakeholders for requirements definition and planning.
• Results-oriented, self-driven, and motivated to leverage technology to improve business processes.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and work effectively under time pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Proficiency in Polish and English (written and verbal).

Technical skills:

• Proven experience developing production-ready solutions with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) using Dataverse.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI (dashboards, reports, data aggregation, integration).
• Experience designing and implementing relational databases.
• Knowledge of modern software engineering patterns and practices.
• Experience with CI/CD solutions.
• Understanding of Power Platform licensing principles.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Office 365 user/group management.

Nice to have:

• Experience developing custom connectors (.NET) for Power Platform.
• Experience developing Power Platform AI solutions.
• Experience developing N8N flows.
• Experience integrating other machine learning frameworks.
• Azure and/or Power Platform certification.
• Experience developing and testing REST endpoints.
• Proficiency in Office 365, especially SharePoint integration with Power Platform.

• Develop, customize, and integrate Power Apps (mostly Canvas App), Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI solutions.
• Gather business requirements, design and build applications, workflows, and reports to streamline processes, automate tasks, and provide insights.
• Report directly to the Head of IT.
• Collaborate daily with business stakeholders across all departments.
