The company specializes in designing dedicated customer service platforms, contact center tools, and workflow systems, supporting clients in automation and efficiency improvement across various sectors including finance, energy, telecommunications, and trade.

• Experience in maintaining web applications or enterprise systems
• Knowledge of Linux, preferably SUSE/Linux
• Knowledge of SQL and basic database administration
• Experience with PostgreSQL; MongoDB and MS SQL Server are a plus
• Ability to analyze logs and diagnose production issues
• Knowledge of REST API, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira Service Management
• Understanding of SLA work principles
• Accuracy, independence, and communication skills

Nice to have:

• Node.js
• Knowledge of Apache Tomcat and Java environments
• Python, Ruby, or maintenance scripting
• Solr or other full-text search solutions
• Nagios or similar monitoring tools
• Basic Windows Server administration
• Experience with document conversion and processing
• Knowledge of system security and hardening

• Handling service requests according to SLA
• Analyzing and classifying incidents, failures, and application errors
• Diagnosing problems at the application, database, integration, and infrastructure levels
• Analyzing application and system logs
• Supporting Linux environments
• Maintaining applications running on Apache Tomcat and Java
• Basic administration of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MS SQL Server databases
• Supporting data import, export, and processing workflows
• Monitoring system operation
• Collaborating with developers on error analysis and fixes
• Documenting performed service activities
• Participating in testing, acceptance, and deployment of fixes
