Wymagania
- Higher education or currently studying (preferred fields: project management, HR, IT, or related)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an independent position in payroll, HR systems, or process transformation
- English language proficiency enabling communication
- Experience in designing and optimizing end-to-end processes
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and their system dependencies
- Ability to map processes, analyze data, and design solutions
- Ability to work in change
- Project management skills
- High communication and presentation competencies
- Openness to new technologies and curiosity about AI possibilities in HR
Obowiązki
- Analyze HR processes and identify areas for unification, simplification, and automation
- Design target process standards compliant with legal requirements, business needs, and best practices
- Define business requirements, map processes, test solutions, validate configurations, and collaborate with project teams and suppliers during implementations
- Ensure effective and compliant embedding of processes in HR systems
- Manage change and educate the organization
- Prepare the organization for process and system changes through communication, training, and educational materials
- Support the HR team in adapting to new standards and tools
- Build a culture of continuous improvement
