Automation Engineer / Developer (Junior/Regular)

Alfavox is a dynamic company specializing in advanced voice communication solutions and voice technologies, including Omni-channel services. The company offers products and services for business communication, voice processing technologies such as speech recognition and synthesis, and solutions for the public sector to support communication between institutions and citizens.

• Practical knowledge of at least one programming language: Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript (strong junior level).
• Initial experience with low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Dialogflow CX, Voiceflow, BotPress, n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate) or strong willingness to develop in this area.
• Regular, conscious work with LLM models in chat form, including prompt formulation and response verification.
• Experience using AI-based code assistants (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor) for real programming tasks.
• Knowledge of basic integrations: REST API, JSON, Webhooks, authorization (OAuth, tokens).
• Initial experience in software testing, able to design and execute simple manual test scenarios.
• Ability to quickly acquire knowledge independently from documentation, LLM, forums, and source code.
• Proactive attitude, good communication skills, teamwork, analytical skills.
• English language proficiency at B1 level (documentation reading, basic communication).
• Polish language proficiency at B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Student or graduate status in technical/AI/linguistics fields.
• Own projects on GitHub, blogs, prototypes of bots/agents/automation.
• Initial experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure), Docker, basic CI/CD.
• Theoretical knowledge of NLP concepts (intents, entities, embeddings, RAG).
• Experience with contact center systems or telephony integrations.
• Writing automated tests (unit, API) in Python or JS/TS.

• Collaborate in building workflow components, voicebots, and chatbots using low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Google Dialogflow CX, Voiceflow, BotPress, n8n, Make, Power Automate) and custom code.
• Write and modify scripts in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript, mainly for integrations, custom code in low-code platforms, and small internal tools.
• Work with LLM models (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) in chat form (prompting, response design, evaluation) and via API in code.
• Use code assistants like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor for faster coding, refactoring, and testing.
• Integrate with client systems using REST API, Webhooks, OAuth, and perform basic database operations (SQL/NoSQL).
• Test created solutions including manual testing of conversational scenarios, LLM response quality evaluation, and basic automated tests (unit/API).
• Collaborate with NLP teams, Conversation Designers, and developers on real client projects.
• Create technical documentation and provide post-deployment support.
• Conduct training, workshops, and presentations on voicebot, chatbot, and GenAI solutions.
