Full Stack .NET Developer

Lufthansa Systems Poland is a provider of IT solutions and services for the aeronautical, logistic, and financial industries. It is part of the Lufthansa Group and implements technological solutions and dedicated services. The project involves Lido Digital Source, a platform for ingesting, processing, and publishing structured aviation data from various sources including PDFs, digital datasets, and satellite imagery.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with .NET / C#.
• Experience in frontend development, preferably with Angular.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or SQL Server).
• Experience developing REST APIs and backend services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in an English-speaking environment.
• Openness to learn and apply engineering best practices.
• Readiness to work in a hybrid model: 2 days in the office in Gdańsk.

Optional:

• Interest or experience in aviation.
• Experience with asynchronous or event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Exposure to data science or AI workflows.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services.

• Develop backend services and APIs.
• Integrate background processing services and data pipelines.
• Build solutions for storing and processing geospatial data.
• Integrate and visualize data from multiple sources.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure system reliability and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists and developers on solution integration.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing systems.
